- Book with Mike EllisI worked in social care and social work for 27 years from 1983-2010. I didn't use a computer and the internet myself till 1990 but once over the initial shock and struggle to get up to speed, started to realise the huge potential benefits for connection with others and staying active and involved, particular to us as we get older or have health problems and disabilities and can't get out and about so easily. There's a real need for patient, accessible, trustworthy tech support though - Tap into IT strives to give you that!

He understands the importance of digital literacy after helping relatives (and pupils) learn to use their computers and phones. He has experience in managing IT systems for his church.
